* Confirmed a Tupac A. Shakur was pronounced dead at 4:03PM on September 13, 1996

* Could not confirm that the Coroners Report featured in Cathy Scott's 'The Killing of Tupac Shakur' was legit or not

* Confirmed said Tupac A. Shakur's body was taken into custody by Davis Funeral Home - who transported the body to the morgue

* Said it was "very unlikely" for someone to grow 2 inches and gain 47 pounds in 4 months, but, that it "wasn't impossible", due to the amount of fluids given to a patient at the hospital. Also, regarding the height/weight discrepancy, he said, "there's always room for human error." (Although, 47 pounds is a bit much to be off by.)

I can confirm that Davis Funeral Home received the remains of Mr. Tupac Shakur. The removal was made at the request of the Clark County Coroner’s Office and I cannot confirm the identity of the associates present. That is all the information I can release.
